I’m really looking forward to our this year’s LeapLIVE, which starts next week. As this event approaches, I’ve had time to reflect on the many LeapLIVE events that I have been to, and how they have changed my life. This year’s event will be an extra special one, since we will be celebrating the heart of Leap, and the heart of our business. There is a heart to every industry, something at the center that guides all of our actions.
