The Heart of Your Business

I’m really looking forward to our this year’s LeapLIVE, which starts next week. As this event approaches, I’ve had time to reflect on the many LeapLIVE events that I have been to, and how they have changed my life. This year’s event will be an extra special one, since we will be celebrating the heart of Leap, and the heart of our business.

 

There is a heart to every industry, something at the center that guides all of our actions. When people ask me how long I’ve been with Leap, I don't think of it that way, but rather how long has Leap been in me. It’s more than a system, it’s in every part of who we are… it’s a belief that we can help make people’s lives better….not just for the future but for today!    

 

Leap was formed because we knew there was a better, more effective and transparent way to help our clients reach the financial success they deserve. As Leap advisers, we take special care of our clients by making sure their whole financial picture is in order. As macro-managers, we look at the whole picture and help our clients strategize and prioritize their entire financial life, from talking to lawyers about their wills, getting a better rate for homeowners insurance, or working with other advisers to make sure our clients are set up for their best financial future. We know that our client’s success is at the heart of everything we do.

 

The relationships that we form with clients are personal, and trust is at the center of it. But trust isn’t built without clear and concise communication. Communication starts with an intention that sets the context for everything else. It starts with guiding clients through a path of self-discovery, empowering them to understand and breakthrough old habits of thinking to uncover new possibilities for themselves today and tomorrow.

 

By offering this safe space for our clients to reflect, discover and design their own future, we forge a bond where trust is established and amplified. We ask THE questions that enable us to accurately and quickly identify what is blocking results and then offer solutions to remove barriers allowing for action. Our clients are the heart of what we do.  

 

With this new perspective, my desire is that you can expand the contribution you make for the lives of those you touch.  After all...that really is at the heart of what Leap is all about.
